Program Policies & Operating Agreement

These Associates Program policies (“Program Policies”) are incorporated by reference into the Associates Program Operating Agreement. Capitalized terms used in these Program Policies and not otherwise defined here will have the definitions provided in the Agreement.

1. Eligibility, Registration, and Dashboard

This program is exclusively available as a social activity for students who require financial effort to support their studies. To participate, you must complete the Registration Form, create a password, and provide valid proof of identity (Student ID). Upon verification and approval by the System Developer, you will gain access to your personal Associate Dashboard where you will find your unique Associate Code.

2. Qualifying Revenue & Tracking

Your Associate Code is fully integrated with the Doctor and Pharmacy dashboards. You will earn commission when your Associate Code is successfully used by a new user during:

• A Doctor Registration (linking them to your account).
• A Pharmacy Registration (linking them to your account).

Once linked, any future TrueMeter monthly usage bills paid by these referred users will automatically trigger your commission, which you can track in real-time from your dashboard.

3. Standard Commission Income

Subject to the limitations described in this Commission Income Statement and compliance with the Agreement, we will pay you standard commission income. Commission Income is automatically calculated as a flat 10% of the TrueMeter Bill every time a linked Doctor or Pharmacy settles their monthly usage bill on the platform.

4. Special Commission Income or Promotions

From time to time, we may run special programs or promotions that may provide all or some Associates the opportunity to earn additional or alternative commission income (“Special Commission Income”). Infosphere reserves the right to discontinue or modify all or part of any special program or promotion at any time.

5. Compliance and Termination

The rights and obligations of the parties under Sections 3 and 6 of the Associates Program Participation Requirements will survive the termination of the Agreement. Any violation of the Associates Program Participation Requirements or fraudulent use of the Associate Code will be deemed a material breach of the Agreement, resulting in immediate termination, suspension of dashboard access, and forfeiture of pending commissions.
